United Realty Group has a dedicated Real Estate Careers division, which caters and provides step-by-step support to individuals considering a career in real estate. Beginning at the pre-licensing stage, we'll assist you in choosing and getting signed up for the 3 courses you'll need to pass in order to take the state exam. You will receive discounted pricing for your licensing courses and materials through our real estate university partnership, and can take these courses right on our website! In addition to all of the exam prep material we'll provide you with, you will also have access to our Real Estate Careers hotline, which allows you to call in and speak with our knowledgeable brokers about any pre-licensing questions you may have, and get tips and advise about preparation for the state exam. Once you are licensed, our Real Estate Careers division will assist you with joining the applicable Realtor associations (CAR, NAR, local board), and obtaining MLS access and a lockbox key.
At this point, you will be ready to begin the exciting part of your journey, and will move on from our Real Estate Careers division, and into our Mentorship Program. United Realty Group's industry leading Mentorship Program provides cutting edge training for new agents, and insures that they hit the ground running at the very beginning of their career in real estate. Once on the Mentorship Program, you will be assigned to one of our licensed and experienced Mentorship Coaches, who will work with you to quickly learn the basics, as well as map out and implement an ongoing plan for learning, marketing efficiently and productively, and maintaining consistent closings.
After coaching you into your first transaction, whether a new listing or a buyer, your Mentorship Coach will work the transaction with you every step of the way, from the Pre-Listing Agreement/Pre-Offer stage all the way to closing. This is done through one-on-one webinar sessions with your Mentorship Coach, during various key stages of the transaction process. During the webinar session, you will be viewing and working on the same computer screen as your Mentorship Coach, allowing for advanced, hands on teaching and learning. An inherent benefit of virtual training is the practicality of it- on your computer, from the comfort of your own home or place of business, regardless of your location in California. Another is the comfort of knowing that in addition to our world-class broker support, you have a seasoned Mentorship Coach as your designated tour guide, and committed to your success.
You will graduate the Mentorship Program after completing 3 transactions with your Mentorship Coach and, at this point, will be comfortable and well versed with the entire transaction process including legal requirements, completing offers, listing agreements, disclosures, addendums, the escrow process, current trends, etc.
If, after 3 transactions, you feel the need to continue your enrollment in the Mentorship Program, you are welcome to remain in it as long as you wish. Broker support will, of course, always be available during and after your time in the Mentorship Program. Expect to learn a lot during your time in the Mentorship Program, as well as gain various knowledge, skills, and confidence that are sure to remain with you for your entire real estate career!
The best part is that once you graduate our Mentorship Program, not only will you have gained vast knowledge and experience, not only will you have an established lead generating system, but you will also have a 100% commission split!
